1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Sahusphere website (sahusphere.com) and our web development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Sahusphere provides web development services including but not limited to:

Custom website design and development
E-commerce platform development
Web application development
UI/UX design
SEO optimization
Website maintenance and support

The specific scope of each project will be defined in a separate project agreement or proposal provided to the client before work begins.

3. Project Terms

Quotations & Proposals

All quotations provided by Sahusphere are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Final pricing is subject to the agreed project scope.

Payment Terms

We typically require a 50% deposit before project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and before final delivery. Payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, and other agreed methods.

Timeline

Project timelines are estimated based on the agreed scope. Delays caused by late client feedback, scope changes, or force majeure events may extend the timeline. We will communicate any changes promptly.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide necessary content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner
Review deliverables and provide feedback within the agreed timeframe
Ensure that all content provided to us does not infringe any third-party rights
Make payments according to the agreed schedule
Provide accurate and truthful information

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and content created specifically for your project will be transferred to you. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses and are not transferred as part of our work.

6. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic increases, or conversion rates.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sahusphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

If you wish to cancel a project, the following terms apply:

Cancellation before work begins: Full refund of deposit minus 10% administrative fee
Cancellation during design phase: 50% of deposit refunded
Cancellation during development phase: No refund; payment for completed work applies
Cancellation after completion: No refund

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, login credentials, and financial information.

11. Support & Maintenance

Each project includes a complimentary support period as specified in the project proposal (typically 30-180 days). After this period, ongoing support and maintenance services are available at additional cost.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
